In-Home Sales Representative
This role meets homeowners in their homes, walks through painting projects, and helps them decide on the right next steps. Appointments are scheduled in advance, so the focus is on measurement, answering questions, and developing clear proposals.
You manage your own schedule, drive between appointments, and pass solid details to the production team. It’s a hybrid position with a base salary and commission tied directly to performance.
Painters/ Paint Crew
This role is for experienced painting and carpentry subcontractors who want steady, residential repaint work in Fairfield County, CT. You’ll take on projects from start to finish, keep job sites clean and professional, and deliver quality work on a tight schedule. You must have a registered business, insurance, tools, reliable transportation, and strong English communication skills.
