Greenhaus Painting recently completed an interior play room painting project in Stamford, CT. Over 1.5 weeks, we transformed the space with Farrow & Ball Hangue Blue on the ceiling in a flat finish and matching trim in an eggshell finish. We also prepared the walls for a stunning Plantasia Indigo wallpaper installation, handled by one of our trusted partners.
Our team carefully prepped the previously oil-based trim, using the right bonding primers to transition it to latex paint for a smooth, long-lasting result. The final look is a bold, stylish playroom that feels both inviting and durable.

Interior House Painting
Ceiling painting, interior painting, trim and window painting, wall prep for wallpaper
This project was extra special because it was the second time this couple hired us in just five months. They wanted their playroom to have personality while still feeling polished. The deep blue ceiling and trim were their bold design choice, and we were excited to make it happen.
Before the wallpaper could go up, we had to get the walls ready. We took care of sanding and priming, making sure the surface was flawless for installation. The trim, originally coated in oil-based paint, required a detailed process to switch to latex—a step many overlook. Our team did it the right way, using specialized bonding primers to create a durable foundation. From start to finish, we focused on precision and quality, and the homeowners loved the final result.
